Miss Mikayla knows that life is better with a little tulle and a lot of imagination. Her mission is to help kids experience the joy of self-expression and creativity in everything they do. Inspired by her own childhood adventures, and occasional misadventures in glitter, Miss Mikayla wrote ‘To Tutu or Not to Tutu’ as a celebration of individuality, humor, and the power of being unapologetically yourself, especially before the Lord.
Miss Mikayla knows that courage is seldom inherited, but often earned through repetitive practice. Her mission is to help kids experience the joy of walking in freedom that can only be found in Jesus. Despite Halloween’s pagan origin, Miss Mikayla wrote 'Fearless in October' to assist parents and caregivers in leveraging Halloween as a teaching tool to practice one's authority in Christ.
Miss Mikayla wrote ‘Heavenly Armor for the Fierce and Fabulous’ as an entertaining presentation of the gospel for new believers and an empowering message for existing believers. Kids may recognize that the armor of God is for everyone who says yes to Jesus, and can be used no matter what they are wearing. With each character reciting poetry, this book is sure to be fun for the whole family.
